GSL Education Leicester is seeking caring and enthusiastic Early Years Support Assistants to work across a range of nurseries, pre-schools, and primary schools throughout Leicestershire.

Whether you have experience in a nursery, pre-school, childcare setting, or school environment, we would love to hear from you.

As an Early Years Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 2-5 years as they learn, explore, and develop essential skills.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting children's learning through play-based activities
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging Early Years learning experiences
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Working with individuals and small groups to encourage participation and progress
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Assisting with classroom and activity preparation
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and independence

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with young children in a nursery, pre-school, school, childcare, or similar setting
• Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be adaptable and willing to support a range of Early Years settings true k>har
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing

Relevant qualifications in Childcare, Early Years, Health and Social Care, or Education are desirable but not essential.
