You will coordinate support for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and High Needs Students, ensuring needs are met through effective planning and timely annual reviews.
The ideal candidate will understand SEND Code of Practice, have strong communication and organisational skills, and be capable of managing complex caseloads with external agencies and colleges.
