Havant & South Downs College is seeking Learning Support Assistants in our Independence Hub to support learners with SEND through a life skills based curriculum. The role focuses on developing independence and confidence to prepare for adulthood.
You will work in a custom-built facility, provide high quality in-class or small group support, assist with assessment data and exam invigilation as needed, and collaborate with teachers to enhance learner outcomes.
