Pre-Site Phase
- Developing PLC software to industry standards
- Producing Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
- Creating third-party interface definitions
- Testing conveyor and shuttle systems using 3D emulation environments ✅ On-Site Commissioning
- Taking full ownership of PLC commissioning
- Diagnosing and resolving software, electrical, and hardware issues
- Integrating WMS/WCS systems
- Testing and validating safety systems
- Commissioning third-party equipment
- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Integration Teams
- Supporting and mentoring Junior Engineers & Apprentices
