Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a long-established UK engineering company that works with some of the biggest names in the manufacturing and heavy equipment sectors?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and hands-on role, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of CNC and specialist machinery. You'll be joining a business with over 50 years of engineering excellence, supplying precision components to leading global brands such as Caterpillar, JCB, and Volvo.

This is a fantastic chance to join a highly respected organisation that invests heavily in its people, facilities, and technology. You'll be part of a dedicated maintenance team keeping production lines running smoothly and ensuring machinery operates to the highest standards.

• Provide mechanical maintenance and repair across a wide range of CNC and specialist machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, drive chains, pumps and tanks
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
• Undertake refurbishment and improvement projects on plant and machinery

£35,000 per annum
• 37.5hrs per week (6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, 11:30 finish Fridays)

• HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• CNC maintenance experience
• Familiar with Fanuc & Siemens controls is desirable but other controls will be considered
• Electrical/PLC experience would be a bonus
