These roles are essential in delivering safe, high‑quality track works and contributing to improvements across the UK's transport network.

• Senior Site Supervisor
• Setting Out Engineer
• Site Manager
• Site Supervisor
• Supervisor (Static Site)
• Track (P‑Way) Works Supervisor
• Track Hand‑Back Engineer – Level 3 & Level 4
• Transient Supervisor

• Overseeing or delivering Permanent Way track renewals, maintenance, and construction works
• Managing site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards
• Leading teams of engineers and operatives across live rail environments
• Providing technical expertise in track engineering, setting out, and quality assurance
• Supporting hand‑back activities and ensuring assets are returned to operational condition
• Coordinating with project managers, planners, and rail partners to meet project milestones
