• Support both clients and interdepartmental teams to meet compliance requirements under UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
• Review designs for compliance and act as a trusted advisor during the pre‑construction and design processes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on statutory regulations and health and safety standards.
• Be a primary point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, providing guidance and representing the company in meetings and external engagements.

• Background within the Construction/Surveying/Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
• Professional membership with a relevant body (RICS, CIAT, CABE, etc.).
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
