A new opportunity has opened in Leicester for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will work on a wide variety of projects, carrying out both site and office-based work. You will be joining a large ground investigation consultancy specialising in rail and major infrastructure projects across the UK.

• Ground investigation design
• Slope stability assessments
• Phase 1 & Phase 2 report writing
• Preparing geotechnical risk assessments
• Core logging, soil sampling and in-situ testing
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
  
  Collaborating with senior and principal engineers on large-scale infrastructure schemes

• Hold a degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Have strong experience in geotechnical report writing
• Demonstrate leadership or mentoring experience
• Live within a commutable distance of the Leicester office
• Hold a full UK driving licence
