Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the Safran Helicopter Engines Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. Job Responsibilities- To undertake all New Assembly and associated testing activities within Accessories areas, carrying out activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
- Assembly of all New Manufacturing equipment, and all associated testing activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
- Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.
- Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
- Actively demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.
- Apprenticeship in Aerospace organisation or equivalent sector.
- Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a component assembly environment.
- Aerospace/Manufacturing environment experience.
- Assembly processes and practices.
- Component Testing Experience.
- Mechanical Assembly techniques and practices.
- Balancing theory (optional).
- Testing of components and assembled equipment.
- 5s Improvements.
