Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the Safran Helicopter Engines Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. • To undertake all New Assembly and associated testing activities within Accessories areas, carrying out activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
• Assembly of all New Manufacturing equipment, and all associated testing activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
• Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.
• Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
• Actively demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.

• Apprenticeship in Aerospace organisation or equivalent sector.
• Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a component assembly environment.
• Aerospace/Manufacturing environment experience.
• Assembly processes and practices.
• Component Testing Experience.

• Mechanical Assembly techniques and practices.
• Balancing theory (optional).
• Testing of components and assembled equipment.
• 5s Improvements.
