We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join a dynamic, innovative and top 5 Building Engineering consultancy in Southampton/Winchester area. This permanent position offers the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team of over 100 Engineers and Technicians, working on both local and global projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to thrive in an international, multi-cultural business environment.

• Leading structural engineering teams in the design and optimisation of complex building structures
• Client facing responsibilities
• Overseeing the production of models, drawings, reports, and specifications within budget and deadlines
• Conducting analysis, design, specification, and report writing
• Supervising and coordinating the work of others, including other disciplines and in-house specialists

We are seeking candidates who:

• Are Chartered Engineers via IStruct
  
  E, ICE, or equivalent
• Possess extensive experience in Structural Engineering with hands-on knowledge of various structural forms, construction materials, design stages, and project sectors
• Are proficient with Eurocode and major industry software
• Have a proven track record of guiding teams on multi-disciplinary projects and working collaboratively within larger teams
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and experience in resource planning and management to achieve financial targets and meet deadlines
