Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. We are currently seeking a Draughtsperson to join an established engineering company based in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone with strong Solid Works experience who enjoys producing accurate, detailed drawings to support manufacturing and project delivery. • Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Solid Works.
• Create fabrication and manufacturing drawings to engineering standards.
• Update and amend existing drawings in line with engineering changes.
• Support engineers and project teams with technical drawings and documentation.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and revision control.
• Liaise with production and fabrication teams to ensure drawings are clear and buildable.

• Proficiency in Solid Works (essential).
• Experience working as a Draughtsperson or CAD Technician.
• Good understanding of manufacturing or fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent industry experience.
