We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Lead Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant engineering qualification, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in quality assurance within the electrical or manufacturing industry is essential, with proven leadership skills in managing quality teams and processes. Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with industry‑specific regulations, is required.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are vital to effectively lead initiatives and collaborate across departments. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key attributes for success in this role.

The Lead Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, managing supplier quality, and leading root cause analysis to resolve quality issues promptly. The role involves supporting new product introductions by ensuring design for quality and participating in design reviews. Additionally, the Lead Quality Engineer will oversee inspection and testing processes, analyze quality data to identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed quality into all aspects of operations is essential. The role also involves mentoring and training staff on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
