Trainee Engineer

This is an office‑based trainee role. You do not need to be an engineer to apply – just a strong desire to learn and grow.

• Salary: £26,000 per annum.
• Location:
  
  Local to LE2 Leicester (or commute from Leicester, Wigston, Oadby, Blaby, Enderby, Lutterworth).
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Thursday 7:30‑16:45;
  Friday 7:30‑12:30 (4½ day week).
• Job type:
  Full‑time, office based.

• Comprehensive training in CAD design, documentation and production processes.
• Learning to link production with customer requirements.
• Opportunity to work in a technical sales environment (not sales).
• Support for further training and career development.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing CAD designs.
• Organise and manage documentation to support efficient production.
• Co‑ordinate between production and customer requirements.
• Develop skills in engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Local to LE2 7ST
  or able to commute easily.
• Attention to detail and strong desire to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to undertake full training.
