We're now looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team. Are you a skilled and safety‑conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of EMEA Power Distribution Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high‑quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA.

• Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning
• Testing and fault finding of Eaton‑manufactured MV and HV equipment
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
• Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction

• Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning

• Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
• Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
• Ability to perform protection relay programming
• Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
• Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
• Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
• Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region
