Job Overview

Join our Druck team! Druck is a global technology company that designs and manufactures high‑quality, accurate, and reliable customised pressure‑sensing devices, instruments, and software to provide innovative products, services and solutions to our customers. The Aerospace Engineering Team is a multi-disciplinary group of engineers—including Mechanical, Electronic and Systems—focused on supporting the growth of our Aerospace business through Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) and New Product Introductions (NPI).

The team designs and integrates pressure sensors for a wide range of aerospace applications, working closely with sourcing, advanced manufacturing, quality and production facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Electronic integration of pressure‑sensing components for aerospace applications.
  • Initiate and implement design changes in accordance with business procedures.
  • Provide manufacturing technical support and propose solutions for production‑related problems.
  • Maintain high‑standard documentation to demonstrate conformity and provide technical explanations.
  • Review design specifications and capture requirements.
  • Support external customers and internal sales/marketing functions.
  • Continuously develop and advance internal operating procedures.
  • Analyze complex data to meet project targets and customer needs.
  • Generate documentation to support design goals.
  • Verify and validate customer requirements, including analysis, testing and similarity assessments.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience with schematic design, capture and circuit simulation tools.
  • Experience in design and test for EMC.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB design and fabrication.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as DO‑160, Mil‑Std‑810, AS9100 & AS9145.
  • Knowledge or working experience with MRP systems such as SAP.
  • Proven ability in low‑power analogue, digital communications standards and mixed‑signal circuit analysis.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with high expectations for quality, on‑time delivery and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
