A growing and highly respected Fire Safety Consultancy is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team.

This consultancy has built an impressive reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused fire safety advice and is looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who can continue to strengthen client relationships while maintaining exceptional technical standards.
This Fire Risk Assessor role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and clients throughout London and the South East. The appointed Fire Risk Assessor will work closely with experienced Fire Engineers and Fire Consultants, providing valuable input into wider fire safety strategies and compliance solutions.
The Fire Risk Assessor's RoleThe Fire Risk Assessor will undertake Type 1, 2 and 3 Fire Risk Assessments across a varied building portfolio while providing clear and practical recommendations to clients.
The Fire Risk Assessor will:
- Conduct Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and mixed-use properties
- Produce high-quality FRA reports and action plans
- Deliver fire safety advice to clients and stakeholders
- Support clients in maintaining compliance with current fire legislation
- Undertake compartmentation and passive fire protection inspections where required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings and provide technical guidance
- Support junior team members where appropriate
The successful Fire Risk Assessor will ideally have:
- Experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments independently
- Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification or higher
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Membership of IFSM, IFE or similar professional body preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 45,000 - 55,000
