An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Structural Engineer to join a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Leicester. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of projects, the business is looking to appoint an experienced engineer who can lead, manage, and develop a talented structures team while delivering high-quality design solutions across a broad range of sectors.

Working on projects including commercial, industrial, residential, and education developments, you will play a key role in both technical delivery and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience within a UK consultancy environment and will be Chartered, or close to achieving Chartered status, with either MIStruct

E or MICE.

You will have strong structural design experience across traditional materials including steel, concrete, and timber, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. The role will also involve mentoring and developing junior engineers, attending client and site meetings, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Experience using TEDDS, Tekla, and Revit is desirable, along with excellent communication and report writing skills.
