I’m working exclusively with a highly respected, rapidly growing engineering business delivering cutting-edge automation and robotic solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, medical, and advanced manufacturing. With a strong project pipeline and sustained investment, they’re now looking to appoint a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of high-value, technically challenging project*.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the full lifecycle of special purpose machinery projects — from concept through to install and customer handover. You’ll act as the technical driving force across projects, combining hands‑on design work with leadership, customer interaction, and project accountability.
