* Driving DFM strategy and overseeing overseas manufacturing development, working closely
with international suppliers, production partners and cross-functional teams.
* Managing prototyping and production, ensuring seamless transition from prototype to mass

* Championing engineering best practice, conducting technical reviews, identifying
improvements and ensuring robust documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful in this Senior Development Designer role, you should demonstrate:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, commercial, and overseas

* Producing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, specifications and BOMs.
Benefits
* Up to £60,000 salary
* 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
* Ongoing professional development and opportunities for progression
* Supportive, innovative environment within a global market leader
