Technical Support Engineer - Electronic Access Systems

We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer – Electronic Access Systems to join us at Honeywell in the North Region. Your responsibilities include providing service to customers, commissioning new Onity systems primarily in the hospitality sector, and delivering technical support via phone.

• Commission new systems at customer sites.
• Program new systems for customers.
• Undertake technical revisions under maintenance contracts.
• Provide training and guidance to internal and external clients.
• Support customers with telephone technical assistance.

• Experience in a similar technician or engineering role.
• Knowledge and experience in technical engineering/telecommunications/specialty electronics or computer systems, preferably in the electronic access system industry.
• Analytical thinking and customer orientation.
• Organizational capacity and task prioritization.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the North Region and other parts of the UK as required.
