• Asset Compliance: Comprehensive cold water storage tank inspections and recommending professional remedial works.
• System Maintenance: Thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) failsafe checks and servicing.
• Chemical Analysis: Execution of Chlorine Dioxide testing, Cooling Tower sampling, and Closed System analysis.
• Routine Compliance: Temperature monitoring, water sampling, and shower head descaling protocols.
• Core Requirements: A "can-do" attitude, a valid UK driving licence, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous site standards.
