We are looking for an ambitious Building Services Engineer(Electrical) to join our innovative and fast-growing team in Leicester. Pick Everard has a portfolio of key heritage and culture clients. The role would mainly be working with these clients on their estates and buildings.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Working on a variety of projects within the built environment.
- Crafting innovative electrical system designs for a variety of projects.
- Producing detailed technical reports, and specifications that drive clarity and confidence.
- Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Managing design milestones and resolving technical challenges.
- Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.

Life at Pick Everard - Pick Everard
- HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Knowledge and understanding of BS7671.
- LV systems design experience.
- HV systems and infrastructure design experience (desirable).
- Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software such as Electrical OM/Trimble Pro Design/Dialux and Relux.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self - motivated.
- Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience.
- Structured wiring system and security system design experience.
- Knowledge of current legislation e.g. Building Regulations, also Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM.
- Experience with Revit MEP.
- Hands on knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD.
