We are looking for someone to join our successful Water Management Consultancy groundwater resources team in supervising and delivering a growing portfolio of projects. Your role
* Win, deliver and manage our portfolio of groundwater projects working with our hydrogeologist technical leads and other technical disciplines.
* Develop trusted client relationships.
* Champion high standards of performance.
* Undertake work to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Undertake and delegate complex problem solving which may include data gathering and processing, calculations and modelling, conceptualisation, reporting, proposal writing and costing.
* Contribute to development of new and innovative approaches.
* Develop new areas of business for the team.
* Work closely with the rest of the groundwater resources team sometimes delegating to, reviewing the work of and mentoring more junior staff. Collaborative and supportive teamwork is vital to our success.
* Work collaboratively with other technical disciplines in the Water Management Consultancy team and beyond, delivering a range of projects relating to water supply, strategic planning, resource optimisation and environmental assessment.## About you
* A degree in science, engineering or mathematics, a post-graduate qualification in hydrogeology or a related subject, and ideally chartership you are likely to be chartered through a relevant professional body.
