Hardware Development Engineer (Junior / Graduate)

My client is seeking a Junior / Graduate Hardware Development Engineer to join their expert team, working on the design, development, and testing of advanced products and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in high-integrity hardware design.

You’ll be involved in the full product lifecycle - from requirements capture and system architecture through to electronic and mechanical design, documentation, and production. With a balance of collaborative teamwork and independent responsibility, you’ll bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on approach to design and problem-solving
• Knowledge of electronic schematics and PCB layouts
• Understanding of the full product design lifecycle
• Appreciation of mechanical aspects of product development
• Schematic design and PCB layout
• Design for manufacture and CAD experience
• Simulation, test and debug
• Knowledge of C/C# for tools and test systems
• Familiarity with CPU/MPU architectures

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronics (BEng) or equivalent experience commercial experience

You must be a British Citizen and eligible for DV clearance
