England Men's O35's have an opening for a special sit to join our staff and take a lead role within our programme.
The role could be fulfilled by 1 special sit or a combination of specialists.
The expectation is that this is a hands on role, you will be involved within the trials and selection process, you will also be creating programmes for players to follow post selction. Each player will have different requirements they need support with and as such a generic programme won;t work.
Over that past 6 cycles we have been finalists in all 6, winning an unprecedented 5 gold medals. This programme is a high performance environment and as such we are looking for someone who understands the demands of elite sport and has a real can do attitude.
You will have a huge amount of responsibility and be present at international tournaments. The success of your work is critical to the success of the players.
The role is open to pre & post graduates if they can display the right skills and abilities needed.
