We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Casino Manager to join our team in Leicester, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences while leading a high-performing venue team.

• Casino Expertise:
  You’ve got solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities - from slots to tables - and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
• Licensed Leader:
  You hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
• Customer-First Mindset:
  You know what today’s players want and how to deliver it - creating a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps them coming back.
• Operational Excellence:
  You’re laser-focused on maximising performance across the gaming floor, ensuring every area runs smoothly and efficiently.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
