• Accelerate to Financial Planner in boş 24 months through a structured Assistant Financial Planner programme that blends professional qualifications, supported self‑study and hands‑on mentoring from a Senior Financial Planner/Business Owner.
• Build credibility with high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients across pensions (including SIPP/SSAS), investments, protection, retirement planning and tax‑efficient strategies—developing the consultative skills top advisers are known for.

• From day one, attend and actively contribute to client meetings alongside a Senior Financial Planner/Business Owner, supporting a well‑established HNW client portfolio across the UK.
• Deliver a high‑quality, personalised client experience across financial planning areas: pensions (SIPP, SSAS, defined contribution), ISA/general investment accounts, protection, cash‑flow modelling and tax planning (income tax, CGT, IHT).
• Prepare meeting documentation and review client communications for accuracy, consistency and compliance with FCA rules and Consumer Duty.
• Collate and analyse client data (income, expenditure, assets, liabilities, goals) and assist in preparing financial plans and cash‑flow models (e.g., Voyant, Cash Calc).
• Support business development: nurture professional introducer relationships (solicitors, accountants), develop referral networks and help organise our annual client conference.

• Part‑qualified Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII R0 exams or equivalent), with a clear plan and commitment to complete.
• Experience in financial services, ideally within an IFA/wealth management environment serving HNW/private clients or major brands.
• Strong client relationship skills; confident explaining technical concepts 1‑to‑1 in a clear, client‑friendly way.
