Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (plus bonus and benefits)
Our client is a £30m growing building management business and, due to continued success, seeks to hire a Management Accountant. The role will supervise a couple of junior reports and enjoy a broad role within a project-driven business.
Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Reporting financial information to the group
- Managing yearly forecast
- Ensuring payroll information is current and accurate
- Experience in managing external auditors
- VAT and CIS returns to HMRC
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing the current finance team and working alongside the commercial team
- Ability to interpret the information provided on project cost reports and feed this information into the management accounts
- Cashflow control and forecasting
- Support the finance administrators with credit control
