Finance Manager

RECfinancial is working in an exclusive partnership with a South Leicestershire based business in the appointment of a Finance Manager.

The role is commutable distance from all areas of Leicestershire, Leicestershire including Hinckley, Lutterworth, Nuneaton, Blaby & Rugby.

Reporting to and supporting the Managing Director of this busy and growing £30 million turnover SME business, the role is everything that you would expect from a Finance Managers role.

Responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly management accounts, year end, VAT returns, budgets and forecasts, balance sheet control, cashflow forecasting, financial analysis and managing a small team.

The role would suit a candidate who has experience of both management and financial accounting and looking to work in a busy role where no two days will be the same.

The client will consider candidates who are either qualified or part qualified, as well as those who are QBE. If you are studying, the business will provide a study package for you to complete your exams.

They are keen to hire a candidate who is keen to move into a bigger role in the business in the future.

The role has a salary range of between £45,000 and £52,500 plus benefits
