Are you a commercially driven finance leader ready to make a significant impact across a complex, multi‑site organisation? We’re looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy, strengthen operational performance, and partner with the senior leadership team to deliver sustainable growth.

• Lead the full UK finance function—covering reporting, controls, tax, treasury, planning, and business partnering
• Work closely with the Managing Director to drive profitable growth, optimise margins, and support long‑term strategic planning
• Provide insight and challenge on pricing, tenders, commercial proposals, and investment decisions
• Build capability across a high‑performing Finance and IT team, fostering excellence and accountability
• Strengthen financial governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and robust internal controls across all entities and sites

• A seasoned senior finance leader with experience in a complex, fast‑paced, multi‑site environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Experience leading large teams and delivering change or transformation
• A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• A leader with presence, integrity, and the drive to deliver results
