Alexander Daniels are working with a well-established, family-run organisation in Leicester, that are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis, to join their finance team.

Responsibilities- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Handling supplier queries via phone and email
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and finance systems
