• Providing regulated financial advice tailored to individual client needs
• Managing and developing an existing client portfolio
• Conducting fact-finds, reviews, and suitability assessments
• Advising on products such as investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning
• Building long-term relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Ensuring all advice and documentation meets FCA compliance standards

• Proven experience working as a Financial Advisor
• Relevant Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional, ethical, and client-centric approach
• Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a team
