You will:

• Lead the in-housing of accounting operations and design how they work at pace
• Own group consolidation and statutory reporting across a growing multi-entity structure
• Act as the technical authority where judgement and expertise are needed
• Put scalable controls in place that protect without slowing the business down
• Improve cash visibility, forecasting and lender reporting with real commercial impact
• Introduce systems and automation that genuinely make life easier for the team

You’ll lead a team of 6–10 across AP, AR, general accounting and treasury. They’re capable and engaged. This is about development and direction
, not rescue.

You’ll report to a collaborative Finance Director who wants a partner—someone with space to challenge, shape decisions, and grow.
