Company OverviewA well‑established and highly respected independent financial advisory (IFA) practice is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator for their Leicester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in financial services administration to join a client‑focused organisation known for delivering trusted financial advice.
Role OverviewAs a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of operations. You will work closely with clients, providers and internal teams to progress cases efficiently and maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support across protection, pensions and investment cases.
- Progress cases by liaising with advisers, providers and third parties.
- Prepare client documentation and suitability reports.
- Deliver excellent client service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Produce documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Assist colleagues with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with financial services regulations and company standards.
We're looking for a proactive, driven individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.
- Good understanding of processes within mortgages, pensions, investments and/or protection.
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
