Overview

Paraplanner role at Tie Talent
. This is a remote, full-time, permanent position.

• Support consultants and wider teams by delivering high-quality technical and investment advice across a wide range of client needs.
• Work closely with Directors and Senior Consultants, assisting in end-to-end delivery of wealth management services.
• Information gathering, planning, and creating reports to help ensure outstanding client service.

• Supporting consultants with technical and investment advice across all areas of wealth management
• Preparing, reviewing, and updating proposals, letters, and reports, always keeping clients’ goals and risk profiles front of mind
• Assisting with the delivery of the Group’s products and services, including cash management, tax products, and bespoke client solutions

• Hold a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Certificate in Paraplanning (other relevant qualifications also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, protection, and wider wealth management solutions
• Solid understanding of current regulations, legislation, and compliance procedures
• This is a certification function role under SMCR, so annual FIT assessments and certification renewal will be required
