Commercial Finance Analyst
Reports to: Finance Director / Finance Business Partner
Location: Leicester, UK
The OpportunityWe are a fast-growing, international business process outsourcing organisation operating across the UK, EU and Africa. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a commercially aware Commercial Finance Analyst to support trading insight, forecasting and commission reporting across contact centre operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional who enjoys working with data, partnering with operations and delivering meaningful commercial insight in a fast-paced environment.
The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting the rolling forecast process, delivering accurate daily and weekly trading reporting, and managing the calculation of agent commission schemes. Your work will ensure high-quality financial and operational insight that supports decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and distributing daily and weekly trading reports.
Analysing contact centre KPIs including volumes, revenue per FTE, utilisation, productivity and SLA performance.
Maintaining and updating the rolling forecast model, including volume, headcount and revenue assumptions.
Supporting scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to assess performance risks and opportunities.
Calculating monthly agent commission schemes accurately and in line with agreed metrics.
Reconciling commission outputs with payroll and resolving related queries.
Supporting month-end performance analysis and reporting.
We are looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented and commercially curious, with the confidence to work with large data sets and tight reporting deadlines.
You will have:
Part-qualified accountant status (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or relevant commercial finance experience.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
The ability to organise and prioritise work to meet regular reporting deadlines.
A proactive and commercially focused mindset.

Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm
