We are seeking a high-calibre finance leader to join a global market leader in specialised technology solutions as Chief Financial Officer
. This business delivers critical services in over 35 countries.
This is a "Regional Finance Director" level role within a multi-billion dollar parent group, offering the autonomy of a divisional lead with the robust backing of a global enterprise.
The RoleAs a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide end-to-end financial stewardship for a complex international division. You will manage a diverse global finance function, ensuring financial discipline while driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a lead commercial advisor to the C-Suite, aligning divisional financial performance with global group objectives.
- Global Financial Governance: Manage complex international tax environments, including transfer pricing and intercompany structures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Commercial Bid Support: Provide financial leadership for large-scale international tenders, overseeing cost modeling and long-term pricing strategies for major government contracts.
- Financial Insight: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering high-level analysis and executive reporting to Group leadership.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and commercial ownership across a geographically dispersed finance team.
You are a resilient, commercially-minded finance professional with a track record of success in large, international group structures. You excel at translating complex data into actionable executive insight and are comfortable navigating highly regulated, contract-driven environments.
Requirements:- Qualifications: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience at CFO or FD level.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of international accounting, control environments, and multi-jurisdictional financial structures.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting international bids and long-term customer pricing models.
- Global Mindset: Proven ability to lead teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Vetting: Due to the nature of some of our contracts, candidates must have at least 5 years of UK residency and be prepared to undergo rigorous pre-employment screening.
