Interim Financial Controller JR

International FMCG/Manufacturing business are looking to hire an Interim Financial Controller, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the 12-18 months assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with 3/4 days each week spent in their North Buckinghamshire head office.

• Lead and develop the financial operations team
• Responsible for month end close process and submission to group
• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury matters
• Provide robust commentary against budget and forecast

• Qualified Accountant
• Experienced Financial Controller with exposure to commercial sectors
• Exposure to IFRS and ability to lead external audits
• Strong people manager, having led teams of transactional finance staff
