This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Trainee Independent Financial Adviser to build a long-term career from the firm's Leicester office, supported by a structured training programme and experienced industry professionals.

Working closely with a Senior Financial Planner, you will gain valuable exposure to client meetings, technical planning work, and coordination with dedicated client support teams. As your confidence grows, you will take on greater responsibility and develop the knowledge, skills, and commercial understanding needed to manage your own client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and will have completed at least part of the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Full Level 4 qualification would be a strong advantage, but the right attitude, ambition, and desire to progress are equally important.
