Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation within the property sector. We are now recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the finance team in a hybrid role that combines technical accounting responsibilities with team leadership. You will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while providing guidance and support to junior members of the team, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.

Working closely with an experienced Manager, you will receive ongoing support and mentorship while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial activities and stakeholder interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant looking to further develop their leadership skills while remaining hands-on within a collaborative and supportive finance environment.

Skills needed

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA / QBE
• Experience with month-end processes, including preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders across different departments
• Experience utilising and developing financial systems and reporting tools to improve processes and reporting efficiency
