Investment Accounts Executive

Are you an experienced IFA or Wealth Management Administrator looking for a firm where you can develop, progress, and build a long-term career?

A highly respected, Chartered Wealth Management firm in Leicestershire is seeking an Investment Accounts Executive to join its growing Investment team. The business manages £1bn+ in client assets and works with HNW individuals, pensions (SIPP/SSAS), trusts, companies, and charities.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role

Setting up and administering investment accounts across platforms such as Pershing, Quilter, and Aviva

Managing cash and in-specie transfers

Maintaining accurate client records (Intelliflo, Excel, Virtual Cabinet)

Producing valuations and annual review packs

Implementing investment changes in line with agreed strategies

Supporting client meetings and post-meeting actions

Invoicing clients in line with agreed fee structures

Providing technical and reporting support to Financial Planners and Investment Managers

Requirements

Working knowledge of ISAs, GIAs, pensions, and investment products

Strong IT skills, including Excel and CRM systems

Good communication and organisational skills
