We are exclusively partnering with them to identify a commercially sharp, bilingual Senior FP&A Analyst to join their expanding finance function.
The Role This is a highly visible, strategic position that acts as a true bridge between finance and the wider business. Moving away from traditional month-end accounting, this role is focused heavily on commercial business partnering and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Commercial Business Partnering:
Acting as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to challenge assumptions and deliver data-driven insights. Financial Planning & Analysis:
Leading the division's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while developing robust financial models. Performance Insight:
Analyzing revenue, margins, and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and pricing strategies. Data & Systems:
Leveraging Power BI and ERP systems to manipulate large datasets, building automated dashboards that improve reporting visibility. Your Profile To be considered for this high-impact opportunity, you must bring a strong commercial mindset and a background in complex operational environments.
Qualifications:
Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA (or equivalent) with a relevant degree.
Experience:
Proven FP&A and commercial finance experience gained within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, FMCG, or similar operational environments. Technical Excellence:
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, alongside strong capability in Power BI and exposure to mid-to-large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Communication: A confident, proactive communicator capable of influencing and building relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
