Experience- Good knowledge of Structured finance hedging mechanics (Legal, Pricing, Structure)

- Proximity with global Financial Sponsors (PE and Infra funds)
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent;
Degree preferably in Mathematical or Finance
- Sales & marketing skills
- Market products knowledge
- Management of Junior staff with empowerment & training

- Support Head of UK Structured Finance Hedging sales and help achieve UK Corporate Structured Finance Hedging Budget and YoY growth, including:
- Origination of secured deals where CACIB is lender (FX, Rates, Inflation)
- Regular interactions and pipelines with CACIB financing business lines
- Promotion of CACIB towards clients for value-added roles (hedge coordination, pre-hedge, deal contingencies)
- Smooth execution of derivatives transactions
- Develop activity with Financial Sponsors (Infra and PE funds) beyond transactional/asset level (360° approach)
- Sales coverage of key Sponsors
- Onboarding new funds and requesting internal limits
- Origination of secured transactions as well as fund-level hedging opportunities
- Coordination among different teams with this client category
- Originate derivative transactions from clients and coordinate efficient execution with stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Structuring, Legal, Risk)
- Attend client meetings, provide presentations, promote hedging solutions and execute transactions linked to structured finance deals and private opportunities
- Provide timely and professional pricing and support on execution of customer flows
- Develop knowledge of client needs and coordinate Bank’s efforts to service customer organizations
- Maintain awareness of all economic and financial data likely to affect products being marketed
- Ensure dealing remains within set time limits and ethical execution of client transactions
