Chilworth Partnership is seeking a dynamic Head of FP&A to partner with the CFO and lead the financial planning & analysis function across the business. This high-impact leadership role delivers robust forecasting, strategic decision support, and meaningful insight to drive growth.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will build and motivate a high-performing FP&A team, develop KPI reporting and dashboards, and guide investment appraisal, pricing and business cases in a hybrid working environment.
