Finance Manager

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a Leicestershire based business in the appointment of a Finance Manager on a twelve month contract. The role is based at an impressive and modern office which is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the running of the finances for this busy subsidiary business.

Day to day responsibilities will include managing one member of staff, the production of management accounts and associated reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting activities, cashflow forecasting and working capital management and working with the wider business on any financial analysis request that the business needs. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking for a mixed role of accounting, analysis and working with the wider business from a financial point of view.

The business is great and has an excellent reputation of being a brilliant employer. They are keen to hear from candidates who come from either a Management Accountant or Finance Manager type role. Ideally you will be qualified in either the CIMA or ACCA qualification. The business is modern in its approach to its staff and the role would be on a hybrid working basis with three days in the office and two days from another location.

For this role you will need to be able to commit to 12 months employment and the role is directly employed by the client. The role has a salary range of between £65,000 and £75,000 plus benefits including a generous car allowance
