Addington Ball is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the finance function across a growing SME and partner with the MD on strategic finance decisions. You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and strengthen controls.
You will manage a small finance team, collaborate with operations, sales and purchasing, and present insightful financial commentary to non-finance stakeholders, helping shape growth and performance.
