  • Help evaluate and improve the financial and transaction reasoning of advanced AI models.
  • Complete project-based assignments involving investment banking, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and transaction analysis.
  • Review AI-generated financial analyses, company profiles, valuation outputs, pitch materials, and transaction-related deliverables.
  • Develop clear scoring criteria that define what makes an analysis accurate, complete, defensible, and ready for senior review.
  • Identify calculation errors, methodological issues, unsupported assumptions, inconsistent figures, and missing transaction considerations.
  • Explain your evaluations through concise, structured written feedback.
  • Participate in occasional task-development, rubric-writing, or quality-review assignments.

What We Require

  • Professional experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, restructuring, capital markets, valuation, transaction advisory, or a closely related field.
  • Experience building or reviewing financial models and transaction-related materials.
  • Familiarity with analyses such as comparable companies, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, leveraged buyouts, or capital structure.
  • Strong ability to identify both numerical errors and conceptual weaknesses in financial work.
  • Ability to distinguish material financial issues from minor formatting or firm-specific style differences.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing analyst or associate work, training junior bankers, or performing quality control is strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience with AI training, human-data projects, rubric writing, or model evaluation is preferred but not required.

Pay and Engagement

  • Fully remote, independent contract work.
  • Flexible scheduling with no fixed weekly-hour requirement unless stated for a specific project.
  • Project availability and volume may vary.
  • High-performing contributors may receive access to additional task-development and review work.
