Distinct | North America in Leicester is seeking a Finance Manager to own the financial accounting remit, reporting to the CFO and managing three direct reports.
You will lead balance sheet control, monthly and annual reporting, year-end audit coordination, and statutory accounts preparation, with a focus on strong controls and business partnering.
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with proven accounting governance is essential; salary up to £60,000 plus 10% bonus, pension and life assurance.
