IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team. You will deliver insightful financial analysis, challenge operational performance, and support managers with commercially sound decisions in a hybrid role with regular travel to our Leicester head office.
You will lead budgeting/forecasting processes, develop KPIs and dashboards, and work closely with operational leaders to improve financial performance across residential supported living and day services.
