Management Accountant

RECfinancial are currently recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant, on a full-time basis. Working with a successful engineering company based in Leicester.

Our client is a market leader within their sector, this is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and meticulous Management Accountant to join their team for an interim position. Collaborating with an experienced Finance Manager to further develop and refine the successful applicants skillset.

Commutable from Leicester, Thurmaston, Birstall, Syston and Leicestershire

Main role of Management Accountant:

Act as deputy to the Finance Manager during any periods of absence. Ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of financial reports, systems, and accounting data within the team. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize existing workflows, enhance productivity, and control costs within the business. Plus be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

This is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant wanting to work with a bigger finance department for a well established engineering company.

Responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

• Provide effective management accounting support, within the Finance team
